We are seeking a highly organized, well-established, and detail-oriented Virtual Executive Assistant to join our remote team. The Virtual Executive Assistant will perform a variety of high-level administrative tasks supporting our senior managers, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
The ideal candidate should be well-organized, possess excellent time management skills, and be able to act independently. You will contribute to our business efficiency by providing personalized and timely support to our executive team.
Monday, Friday, Tuesday 2pm - 10pm EST & Saturday, Sunday 10am - 7pm EST
