Key Responsibilities

Develop event agendas, content schedules, and speaker coordination plans. Coordinate with technical support teams to ensure smooth event flow and troubleshoot issues. Manage virtual event registration, ticketing, and attendee communication. Develop creative engagement strategies to maximize attendee participation and interaction. Oversee virtual event setup, including branding, interactive elements, and breakout sessions. Conduct post-event analysis, gather feedback, and provide comprehensive reports to clients. Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in virtual event technology and engagement.

Requirements

Proven experience in event planning, with a strong focus on virtual or online events. Demonstrated ability to manage complex virtual event logistics and technical aspects. Familiarity with various virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom Events, Hopin, Cvent) and engagement tools. Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
