Job summary

Kaizen Approach, Inc. is seeking a Course Facilitator I to support student learning in virtual technical training courses.

You will assist students with navigation, submissions, and technical questions while providing first-line troubleshooting within facilitator permissions. You will review automated grading and feedback for accuracy, document anomalies, and coordinate with technical support to resolve courseware issues.

Qualifications

• Ability to guide students on networking, OS, and course content in diverse settings.
• Experience supporting virtual courses with LMS platforms.
• Ability to review grading for accuracy and provide actionable feedback.
• Document defects and escalate technical issues with reproducible evidence.
• Coordinate with Content Development and Instructional Design for workflow improvements.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with navigation, submissions, and technical questions.
• Review automated grading and provide feedback for accuracy.
• Maintain issue logs and document problems with timestamps and actions taken.
• Collaborate with Content Development and Instructional Design teams to improve course workflows.
• Monitor student progress and prepare inputs for required deliverables.
