Amentum seeks a Course Facilitator to support student learning in a virtual course. You will answer student questions, validate automated grading and feedback, and contribute to course deliverables per the SOW.

You will troubleshoot LMS issues, monitor learner progress, document defects, and provide first-line support while escalating complex platform problems to technical teams. Strong communication and technical writing are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Information Technology, Education/instructional Technology, Engineering, or related field and two (2) years of relevant experience
• OR Associate's degree (or 18 semester hours of military coursework/training in a related field) and six (6) years of relevant experience
• OR Experience within last two (2) years as a certified T50 Exploiter Trainer and five (5) years of IO or EA experience

Responsabilités

• Review automated graded activities quickly and determine if grading was applied appropriately.
• Validate automated grading and feedback outputs for correctness and completeness; document reproducible evidence for correction.
• Provide first-line student support for a virtual learning experience and elevate platform defects with diagnostic detail.
• Troubleshoot students' issues with virtual learning course.
• Assist in preparation of course deliverable inputs per the SOW by providing facilitator owned sections/data.
• Provide guidance and feedback to students pertaining to general networking systems, operating systems, and technical writing.
