  • Must have the ability to provide first-line student support for virtual courses, including course navigation, content access, submission workflows, and basic troubleshooting within authorized facilitator permissions; familiarity with learning management systems such as Blackboard, Moodle, Canvas, Cornerstone, Ginkgo, or equivalent platforms at the facilitator or instructor level is preferred.
  • Must be capable of reviewing manual and automated grading activities to validate accuracy, completeness, and appropriate feedback, identifying grading anomalies and documenting potential defects for correction; experience reviewing grading outputs prior to release is preferred.
  • Must have the ability to troubleshoot student-impacting courseware and platform issues, maintain detailed documentation of problems and corrective actions, and elevate LMS, grading system, or infrastructure defects through Government-approved channels with reproducible evidence, including timestamps, steps to reproduce, and permitted screenshots or logs; prior experience documenting and escalating technical issues is preferred.
  • Must be capable of supporting Government-directed student progress monitoring by compiling and validating pacing indicators, completion status, at-risk flags, and other required metrics using Government-approved tools and reporting formats.
  • Must have the ability to maintain facilitator issue logs, document recurring student issues and grading anomalies, prepare facilitator-owned inputs for SOW deliverables, and provide feedback and recommendations to Content Development and Instructional Design teams; experience preparing course reporting inputs is desired, along with familiarity with Microsoft Teams and courseware development tools such as Captivate, Articulate, and Camtasia.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to protect sensitive assessment information, including grading rubrics, answer keys, and student data, while complying with need-to-know controls and established security procedures; systems engineering experience involving programming languages such as Python, Java, HTML, and Perl is desired.
  • Must have at least two (2) years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, six (6) years with an associate's degree or qualifying military coursework, OR five (5) years of Information Operations (IO) or Exploitation Analysis (EA) experience as a certified T50 Exploiter Trainer within the last two (2) years; the position additionally specifies at least six (6) months of FORGE/HAMR teaching experience within the last two (2) years OR experience within the last two (2) years as a certified T50 Exploiter Trainer with two (2) years of IO or EA experience.
