Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Course Facilitator (Level 2) to provide senior facilitation for virtual courses. Responsibilities include identifying systemic grading/feedback defects, coordinating escalations among LMS, QA, and IT teams, and performing quality control on facilitator inputs.

Security clearance TS/SCI preferred; Master’s or higher in a related field with relevant experience is required. Work schedule supports 0800-1700 M-F, with core hours 1000-1400.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science or related field with four (4) years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree with six (6) years of relevant experience OR Associate's degree with eight (8) years of relevant experience OR High school diploma/GED with ten (10) years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification and documentation of systemic grading/feedback defects and coordinate with LMS Administrators/Software Engineers to support timely correction.
• Coordinate escalations across LMS/Software/QA/IT teams and ensure regression verification.
• Troubleshoot students' issues with virtual learning courses and review advanced workflow issues.
• Provide quality control review of facilitator reporting inputs/metrics and ensure accuracy before submission.
• Mentor junior facilitators and contribute to governance of facilitator procedures/runbooks.
