Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking a Telehealth Project Manager to lead planning, implementation, and optimization of telehealth and virtual care initiatives across the organization.

You will partner with the Project Coordinator and Program Manager to ensure successful execution and collaborate with clinical, operational, regulatory, IS&T, and finance teams to drive the deployment of virtual care programs enhancing patient access, outcomes, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a healthcare-related field.
• CAPM or PMP certification is a plus but not required.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare project management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from initiation through go-live and stabilization.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations.
• Monitor performance, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and success metrics; report to leadership.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with organizational strategy.
