Job summary

Jefferson Health seeks a Technical Program Manager to translate strategic healthcare initiatives into large, complex project plans and programs for execution spanning health IT and education. You will lead cross-functional efforts with sponsors and leaders to plan, resource, implement, control and evaluate programs that support Jefferson's strategic plan.

You will mentor teams, manage budgets and timelines, and monitor KPIs while ensuring HIPAA compliance and data security, driving innovation

Qualifications

Master's degree in project management or related field.
At least 5 years of project/program management experience, preferably in healthcare.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency with MS Office 365, Copilot, Teams, and PM software.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technical, clinical, and educational programs.
Define goals, scope, and deliverables with stakeholders across functions.
Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, budgets, and risks.
Facilitate clear cross-functional communication and decision-making.
Monitor progress and report KPIs to executive leadership.
Drive process improvements for health care technology solutions.
Ensure HIPAA compliance and data privacy across programs.
Mentor team members and foster collaborative work environment.
