Job summary

Jefferson University Physicians is seeking a Telehealth Project Manager to lead planning, implementation, and optimization of telehealth initiatives across the organization. You will partner with the Project Coordinator and Program Manager and collaborate with clinical, regulatory, IS&T, finance, and other stakeholders to deploy virtual care programs that improve access, outcomes, and efficiency.

The role requires delivering projects on time and within scope and budget, ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or healthcare; CAPM/PMP a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Minimum of 3 years working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with leadership and multitasking abilities.
• Proven ability to influence and drive change in a cross-functional environment.
• Proficient with MS Project, Monday.com or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for telehealth projects, ensuring alignment with defined goals, roles, timelines, and performance expectations.
• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation through go-live and stabilization, multi-initiative management.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and implementation strategies.
• Monitor and report on project performance with executive dashboards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; manage scope changes via formal change control.
• Oversee testing, validation, and deployment activities including UAT and readiness assessments.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance documentation across federal/state requirements.
• Collaborate on feasibility assessments, business case development, vendor evaluations, and SOWs for telehealth services.
