Aon Captive & Insurance Management (ACIM) in Burlington, VT is seeking a Captive Client Leader to serve as the principal interface between captive clients and Aon, delivering high-quality service, strategic insight, and access to expertise to optimize risk financing and long-term value.

You will lead senior-level client engagements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and translate complex data into clear narratives for executive audiences, while coaching colleagues to raise client leadership

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, risk management, or related field.
• Demonstrated advisory client engagement and ability to translate client priorities into actionable guidance.
• Strong strategic and commercial thinking linking client strategies to Aon capabilities.
• Experience orchestrating expertise across a matrixed organization and influencing without formal authority.
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring colleagues to build capability and consistent client leadership.
• Excellent communication skills translating complex data into compelling executive narratives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic client engagement for a portfolio of captive clients, serving as the primary relationship lead for senior executives.
• Run annual account planning discussions aligned to client priorities and commercial objectives.
• Coordinate strategy check-ins with subject matter experts for external perspectives and forward-looking recommendations.
• Review stewardship reports, performance data, and service metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Orchestrate internal teams across domiciles and capabilities to deliver integrated client outcomes.
• Translate technical and financial information into clear client narratives and actionable recommendations.
• Coach and support junior colleagues to strengthen client leadership capability.
• Maintain delivery discipline across schedules, governance, and regulatory requirements.
