Job summary

Qualifications

• Advises clients on risk financing objectives and captive performance.
• Orchestrates cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated client outcomes.
• Excellent communication to translate complex data into client narratives.
• Experience guiding senior executives and managing service delivery with governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client engagement for a portfolio of captive clients.
• Run annual account planning discussions aligned to client priorities and objectives.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts for external perspectives and recommendations.
• Review stewardship reports and performance data to identify value opportunities.
• Coordinate internal teams across domiciles and Aon businesses to deliver outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand services.
• Translate technical and financial data into clear client narratives for leadership.
• Coach junior colleagues to strengthen client leadership capabilities.
• Maintain delivery discipline across schedules and regulatory requirements.
