Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. seeks a Virtual Biologic Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist to drive outbound sales and marketing in a virtual environment, targeting physicians, healthcare providers, and clinic staff.

You will lead education and adoption of products while managing a structured territory plan and data-driven outreach. The ideal candidate has a BA/BS and 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with biologics or buy-and-bill exposure, and strong skills in account planning, reimbursement

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 3+ years of demonstrated pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Specialty Pharmacy, Biologics or Buy and Bill experience required.
• Experience in account planning and/or complex reimbursement model.
• Expert selling skills including customer engagement & relationship building success via e-promotion.
• Ability to learn quickly & apply disease state & product knowledge to promote products in a highly compliant manner.
• Demonstrates initiative; self-motivated & performance driven.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead outbound sales and marketing engagements in a virtual pharmaceutical environment.
• Drive awareness, education, and adoption of products within assigned accounts.
• Communicate complex product information to healthcare professionals to impact patient outcomes.
• Use advanced virtual selling techniques to drive demand and convert targets to the field sales team.
• Analyze market trends and develop strategic business plans addressing market dynamics and patient access challenges.
• Address customer needs and drive sales performance.
• Provide tailored solutions addressing unique account needs.
• Demonstrate territory planning with pre-/post-call analysis.
• Develop daily/weekly call schedules for comprehensive target coverage.
• Record information in CRM per business rules and training.
