Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Previous experience in a behavioral health or mental health setting.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and de-escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support to clients during live virtual group sessions, assisting those who are late, disengaged, or experiencing technical challenges.
• Document observations, attendance, and relevant events according to program standards, communicating concerns to the clinical team.
• Support care coordination activities, including preparation and follow-up related to SCC communications.
