Job summary

Guidelight Health is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to greet patients, manage calls, and schedule appointments at our Quincy, MA campus. You will verify insurance, assist with billing inquiries, maintain a welcoming reception, and support administrative tasks while collaborating with clinical staff to ensure compassionate, compliant service.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Background in behavioral health.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills required.
  • Knowledge of mental health terminology and procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

Title: Client Service Coordinator

Reports to: Executive Director

Department/Location: Onsite at our Quincy, MA location

Description:

Role Summary:

As theClient Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all patients and visitors receive exceptional service and support. You will be the first point of contact at the front desk for individuals seeking mental health treatment, providing them with information, assistance, and guidance as needed.

Pay Range

$23 - $33 USD
