Job summary

Guidelight Health is seeking a Virtual Clinical Therapist to deliver telehealth behavioral care (1:1 and group) for PHP/IOP populations. You will develop treatment plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.

The role supports professional supervision hours and emphasizes ethical, HIPAA-compliant practice. You must hold a MA independent license and have experience in telehealth and behavioral therapy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Valid MA independent licensure as a licensed clinician in MA; willingness to obtain additional licenses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological, biopsychosocial assessments to determine client needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors for continuity of care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within identified time frames with proper thoroughness.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case reviews.
• Assess community resources for treatment/aftercare planning.
• Adhere to standard curricula and treatment planning; maintain confidentiality.
