Job summary

Guidelight Health is seeking a Virtual Clinical Therapist to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy in a remote MA setting, reporting to the Director of Telehealth. The role requires active MA licensure and involvement in PHP/IOP programs, with a Monday-Thursday and Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Valid MA independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as requested.
• Experience providing behavioral therapy, counseling and group therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy.
• Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans for cohesive case conceptualization.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors for comprehensive care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within identified timeframes and consult with clinical leaders.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case reviews to determine length of stay and level of care.
• Identify community resources for treatment planning and aftercare.
• Educate clients and families about mental health and behavioral issues; maintain confidentiality and ethics.
