Job summary

Guidelight Health is seeking a dedicated Virtual Behavioral Health Technician to support clients in our Virtual Clinic. This role supports engagement, safety, and continuity of care under licensed clinicians, contributing to attendance and care coordination.

The position is remote with a Monday–Friday schedule, EST hours, and involves collaboration with therapists and the clinical team to ensure a stable group environment and effective care delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Experience in behavioral/mental health settings.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and de-escalation skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Confidential and ethical practice.
• Comfort working in a fully virtual environment.
• Knowledge of EHR and digital screening tools.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support to clients during live virtual group sessions.
• Assist clients who are late or facing technical challenges during sessions.
• Reinforce participation expectations and group norms.
• Collaborate with therapists to maintain a stable group environment.
• Observe and document client participation and events.
• Communicate concerns to the clinical team promptly.
• Monitor distress and provide de-escalation as needed.
• Support measurement-based care and care coordination.
