Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Virtual Banker I within Consumer Banking in the United States. You will represent our brand with hospitality, using banking solutions and fintech tools, engaging clients over the phone to provide exceptional service and tailored financial advice.

You will guide customers to Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs, working to meet client needs, exceed metrics, and uphold regulatory standards while fostering lasting relationships across the bank.

• Resolve client issues promptly and with attention to detail, ensuring a consistent and positive client experience.
