• Team player with collaborative attitude and risk/compliance awareness.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail banking or consultative client relationships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, friendly service with a client-first attitude and collaborate with colleagues to provide appropriate solutions.
• Exceed client expectations by creating a warm, inviting environment.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and video conversations to identify needs and offer solutions.
• Build strong client relationships through active listening and thoughtful questioning, referring to experts as needed.
• Partner with One Chase Partners to connect customers with specialists for advanced needs.
• Guide clients to use Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for self-service.
• Meet or exceed metrics related to client engagement and referrals while staying current on products and trends.
• Resolve client issues promptly with attention to detail for a consistent experience.
