Responsibilities

• Operate teller functions via ITM with accuracy and provide product information.
• Cross-sell credit union products (savings, checking, loans, cards, etc.).
• Mitigate potential fraud by verifying member identities before transactions.
• Provide exceptional member service via phone, email, chat, or text.
• Actively use Synapsys CRM to manage account notes and history.
• Perform file maintenance, re-scan checks, and process mail room transactions.
