Syneos Health seeks a Dir, Epidemiology Pipeline (TA - Virology) to provide scientific oversight of virology studies, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality meet client expectations. You will partner with RWLP leadership, business development and operations to develop and win global opportunities.

The role requires expertise in study designs and regulatory expectations, with duties including protocol development, statistical planning, abstracts and manuscripts, and training across RWLP.

Competenze

• SME in Virology Clinical Trials with epidemiology focus.
• Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health; Doctorate preferred.
• Knowledge of diverse study designs and regulatory expectations.
• Proficiency with statistical programming languages.

Mansioni

• Provide scientific oversight of virology studies to meet timelines and budgets.
• Lead development of proposals, bid defenses, and capability presentations.
• Develop and review study documents including protocols and SAPs.
• Advise on training and best practices for RWLP/Company epidemiology
• Promote post-marketing safety commitments and risk management.
