Syneos Health is seeking a Dir, Epidemiology Pipeline (TA - Virology) to guide virology program strategy and sound scientific practice. You will shape study design, protocols and regulatory submissions while leading cross-functional teams across RWLP.

The role requires leadership, collaboration with sponsors, and commitment to publication activities within industry and peer‑reviewed venues. A graduate degree in Epidemiology or Public Health is essential, with post‑marketing experience preferred.

Formación

• SME in Virology Clinical Trials and post-marketing studies.
• Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health; PhD preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to work across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide scientific oversight of selected projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality and client satisfaction.
• Develop and peer-review study documents including protocols and statistical analysis plans; lead dissemination of findings.
