CRH Americas Materials is seeking a Sales Director for the Virginia business unit to lead sales strategy and team execution across aggregates, hot mix asphalt, and construction services. You will develop new accounts, support key customer relationships, and drive profitable growth through market knowledge and leadership.

• Associate degree or equivalent education preferred; 2–4 years related experience considered.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and execute the strategic plan for the Virginia business unit.
• Develop and guide sales policies, practices, and expectations.
• Partner with operations to ensure customers receive quality, quantity, and service.
• Support the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of sales team members.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities.
• Stay informed on construction activity across the territory and identify growth opportunities.
• Represent the Virginia business unit through industry committees, associations, and community relationships.
