Position Overview

As Sales Director, you will lead sales strategy and team execution for the Virginia business unit, supporting growth across aggregates, hot mix asphalt, and construction services. This role is ideal for a relationship-focused sales leader who enjoys identifying new opportunities, building strong customer partnerships, and helping a team deliver results. You will play a key role in developing new accounts, supporting key customer relationships, and driving profitable growth through strong market knowledge, collaboration, and leadership.

Qualifications

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

  • Base Salary $120,000 - 140,000 (based on candidate qualifications and prior experience)
