CRH seeks a Senior Vice President, Market Development and Technical Assistance, to drive revenue growth and expand market presence across cementitious materials. You will lead commercial teams, shape product strategy, and build executive-level customer relationships across North American markets.

The role requires deep industry expertise, cross-functional leadership, and a track record of delivering growth through strategic initiatives and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership in cementitious materials or related industrials.
• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of market development, product strategy and customer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead market development strategy across cementitious products and SCMs.
• Build high-performing commercial teams and develop partnerships.
• Drive pricing strategy and long-term supply agreements.
• Oversee end-to-end sales cycles and customer relationships at executive level.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to align commitments.
