Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the strategic plan for the Virginia business unit.
• Develop and guide sales policies and expectations.
• Partner with operations to ensure customer satisfaction and service.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop sales team members.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for the unit.
