Job summary

Apptronik in Sunnyvale seeks a Workplace Experience Manager to own the day-to-day site operations, reception, and guest experience for a VIP-heavy workplace supporting our perception AI and product teams. You will work with the EA team to ensure a polished, demo-ready space and seamless guest flow.

Lead site operations, vendor coordination, and events; ensure safety and confidentiality while scaling the workplace to ~80 employees by 2026.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in reception, hospitality, or facilities coordination.
• Proactive owner who operates independently with clear boundaries.
• Experienced with visitor management systems like Envoy.
• Excellent communication and discretion.
• High school diploma; degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the reception desk as the front-of-house post and greet visitors.
• Oversee the Sunnyvale site to keep it polished, functional, and demo-ready.
• Act as the face of the workplace and make day-to-day operational decisions.
• Keep the site and briefing center presentation- and demo-ready at all times.
• Provide front-of-house and vendor support during VIP visits and executive meetings.
• Manage visitor check-in and badging; maintain a welcoming environment.
• Build and manage local vendor relationships including catering and supplies.
• Plan site-wide workplace events and ensure seating/workspace readiness for ~80 employees.
