You will anticipate needs, manage vendors, coordinate programs, and help scale workplace ownership as the company grows, delivering a seamless employee and guest experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in workplace experience or related field.
• Ability to independently run day-to-day office operations.
• Front-desk presence with strong visibility in the office.
• Exceptional service orientation and stakeholder care.
• Experience managing vendors, onboarding logistics, and events.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Own daily workplace operations for the San Mateo office, ensuring a welcoming and functional environment.
• Serve as the front-of-house owner for employees, candidates, guests, vendors, and partners.
• Manage reception, mail, packages, visitor coordination, and office communications.
• Maintain conference rooms, shared spaces, and employee amenities to high standards.
• Plan onsite events, team lunches, and all-hands logistics.
• Partner with People Ops and Recruiting on onboarding and employee experience.
• Coordinate new hire workplace logistics with IT, Security, and Facilities.
• Support site safety, emergency readiness, and office issue resolution.
