Job summary

Apptronik is seeking a seasoned Workplace Experience Manager to lead the Sunnyvale site operations, front‑of‑house presence, and guest experiences. You will own the reception desk, maintain a demo-ready environment, and partner with the EA and HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding and event logistics.

In this role, you will independently manage vendors, security, and office readiness, ensuring a polished, secure space for executives and visitors while supporting the broader Workplace & Facilities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate/Bachelor’s or coursework in business administration preferred.
• 3–5 years in reception, hospitality, guest services, workplace experience, office administration, or facilities coordination; not entry-level.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the reception desk as the site's front‑of‑house post, staffing it and coordinating coverage.
• Own the daily experience and operation of the Sunnyvale site, ensuring it is polished, functional, and ready for occupants.
• Act as the face of the workplace and the site’s day‑to‑day decision‑maker, exercising independent judgment within guardrails.
• Keep the site and executive briefing center presentation- and demo-ready, clean, stocked, and secure for VIP arrivals.
• Provide front‑of‑house, guest, facility, and vendor support to EA and executive teams during VIP visits.
• Manage visitor check‑in, Envoy/VMS, and badging to ensure secure, smooth arrivals.
• Develop and manage local vendor relationships (catering, janitorial supplies, beverages) maintaining high standards.
• Maintain supply, pantry, and workspace readiness for site readiness ahead of visits or events.
• Collaborate with HR/Recruiting on onboarding logistics, workspace setup, and access coordination.
• Plan site-wide workplace and culture events and manage seating/workspace planning as site scales to ~80 employees.
