Job summary

Toyota of Deerfield Beach is seeking a motivated VIP Sales Consultant to join our VIP Sales Team. This role focuses on servicing repeat customers and upgrading vehicles through consultative, relationship-based selling, leveraging warm leads from the service department.

You will guide customers through needs assessments, demonstrations, test drives, and the full sales process from consultation to delivery, while staying current on Toyota incentives and financing options.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive sales preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers visiting the Service Department to identify vehicle upgrade and replacement opportunities.
• Contact and follow up with customers from the dealership's repeat customer database through phone, email, text, and in-person interactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Toyota owners and dealership clients.
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend vehicles that fit customers' lifestyles and budgets.
• Schedule and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial consultation to vehicle delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
• Work closely with Service Advisors, Managers, and dealership leadership to maximize customer retention and sales opportunities.
• Stay informed on Toyota products, incentives, financing options, and current market trends.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.
