Job summary

The Villages is seeking a Full Time, On Site Hospitality Coordinator to support the Savannah Center and The Tracy. This role handles front of house coordination, customer service issues, and ensures contract compliance with on‑stage talent.

Responsibilities include liaising between talent and crew, reporting on talent quality, and assisting staff with tech and service needs. Evening/weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1–3 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination.
• Experience in artist relations preferred.
• Ability to work nights and/or weekends.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Time management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Problem solving and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hospitality requirements as assigned by the Hospitality Supervisor.
• Assist ushers and front‑of‑house staff with any technological or customer service issues.
• Review and report on talent at Town Centers, ensuring quality requirements are met.
• Develop relationships with downtown talent, ensuring contract compliance and communication.
• Greet and assist special guests and VIPs with special needs or requests.
• Act as liaison between talent and crew to ensure a successful event.
• All other duties as assigned.
