Qualifications

• Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate all catering and event activities involving Food & Beverage.
• Consult with residents and staff to determine event needs and preferences.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to develop menus and ensure all event requirements are met.
• Collaborate with the Dining Room Manager to ensure proper staffing for all events.
• Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality at all times.
