Job summary

The Villages, Inc. is seeking a full-time on-site Hospitality Coordinator to support front-of-house operations at The Savannah Center and The Tracy. You will facilitate hospitality requirements, assist staff with customer service issues, and ensure contract compliance with on-stage talent during events.

Your role includes greeting VIPs, liaising between talent and crew, and reporting on talent quality at Town Centers, while maintaining strong guest experiences across venues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or 1–3 years related experience or training.
• Experience in artist relations preferred.
• Ability to work nights and/or weekends.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners, etc.
• Time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Problem solving skills and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hospitality requirements as assigned by the Hospitality Supervisor.
• Assist ushers and front-of-house staff with any technological or customer service issues as they arise.
• Review and report on talent at Town Centers, ensuring quality requirements are met
• Develop relationships with downtown talent, ensuring contract compliance and communication.
• Greet and assist special guests and VIPs at the Savannah Center and The Tracy with any special needs or requests.
• Act as a direct liaison between talent and crew to ensure a successful event.
• All other duties as assigned.
