Job summary

The Villages seeks a full-time on-site Hospitality Coordinator to support front-of-house operations at the Savannah Center and The Tracy. You will facilitate hospitality requirements, assist ushers, and coordinate customer service issues as they arise.

You will review talent reports, ensure contract compliance, develop relationships with downtown talent, and serve as liaison between talent and crew to ensure successful events.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, or 1–3 years related experience.
• Experience in artist relations preferred.
• Ability to work nights and/or weekends.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hospitality requirements as assigned by the Hospitality Supervisor.
• Assist ushers and front-of-house staff with tech or customer service issues.
• Review and report on talent at Town Centers to ensure quality requirements.
• Develop relationships with downtown talent ensuring contract compliance and communication.
• Greet and assist special guests and VIPs at the Savannah Center and The Tracy.
• Act as liaison between talent and crew to ensure a successful event.
• All other duties as assigned.
