Qualifications

• Basic math for discounts, commissions and percentages
• Proficiency with MS Office and POS systems

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests by name and assist with check-in and tours
• Schedule appointments and manage waitlists to maximize bookings
• Answer phone with proper etiquette and provide assistance
• Promote spa programs, events, and retail products
• Handle checkout and process discounts, credits, and commissions
• Notify Spa Manager for supplies and inventory and assist with ordering
