Join MGM Resorts International as a Sky Suites Representative at ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, delivering a luxe guest experience with concierge and front desk service. Welcome guests warmly and assist with arrivals, departures, reservations, and curated experiences across their stay.

You will guide VIP guests through check-in/out, handle requests, and coordinate recommendations for dining, entertainment, and activities to ensure memorable stays in a dynamic luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of prior relevant experience in VIP services, front desk, or concierge preferred.
• Strong writing and excellent communication skills are essential.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities required.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist VIP casino, hotel, and convention guests with check-in/check-out, reservations, concierge requests, and other guest services.
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain suite occupancy by managing out-of-service rooms and reviewing availability before upgrades.
• Perform cashiering duties including cash handling, credit card authorizations, and billing inquiries.
