Job summary

Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Player's Club Ambassador under the direction of the Supervisor, Guest Services. This role supports Club Serrano membership and VIP engagement with guests on the gaming floor and across property departments, delivering exceptional service in line with enterprise standards.

The ambassador collects guest data, assists with enrollments, and ensures data privacy while communicating promotions and events.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in customer service required.
• Minimum of three (1) year of casino experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes Club Serrano membership to members and non-members on the gaming floor.
• Enters customer data into tracking systems accurately and consistently.
• Collects guest information (email, phone, address) in accordance with quotas.
• Trains and retrains team members on department practices and compliance.
• Assists with promotions, events, and guest communications.
• Resolves guest issues politely and professionally.
