Job summary

Ford of Hialeah is seeking a Service Concierge VIP to greet customers in the service drive, answer calls, schedule repair appointments and ensure high customer satisfaction. You will also assist the loaner process and coordinate paperwork to support service operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the service drive and introduce them to a service advisor.
• Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department.
• Schedule service appointments.
• Follow up with customers via surveys to measure satisfaction.
• Assist the Loaner Coordinator with loaner vehicle logistics.
• Prepare loaner contracts and manage related paperwork.
• Flag tach time on repair orders and assist with related tasks.
