Job summary

Bean Automotive Group in Miami seeks a Service Concierge to join our Business Development Center. You will be the first contact for customers, handling inbound/outbound calls and text communications to schedule service and boost retention.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, providing service information, updating the dealership system, and coordinating appointments with the service team. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with professional communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish; strong communication skills.
• Experience with phones, computers, and text messaging platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls promptly and professionally; provide service information and schedule appointments.
• Make outbound calls to remind customers of upcoming appointments and follow up after service.
• Text customers regarding appointments, status updates, recalls, and service campaigns.
• Greet customers and build positive relationships to enhance their experience; escalate issues to the Service Manager when needed.
• Coordinate and schedule service appointments; maintain the dealership system and optimize workflow.
