Tim Moran Auto Group in Hemet is seeking an upbeat, friendly Service Loaner Concierge to join our Hyundai and Ford Service Department. This role focuses on delivering a premium loaner car experience, ensuring customers have a clean, safe, fully prepared Hyundai or Ford vehicle while their car is in service.

You will manage the fleet, assist customers through agreements and check-in/out, and demonstrate vehicle features to ensure a seamless mobility solution in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome service customers requesting alternate transportation with a high level of professionalism.
• Walk customers through loaner agreements, insurance verifications, and digital rental check-in/check-out procedures.
• Conduct a pre-drive walkaround with each customer, demonstrating basic vehicle features (e.g., Apple CarPlay, Android Auto).
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
