Job summary

Doral Automotive Group is seeking a Service Concierge VIP to greet customers in the service drive, answer calls, and schedule appointments. You will assist the loaner coordinator and participate in survey follow-ups to boost customer satisfaction and retention.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service and interpersonal skills. This position is based in Florida and involves on-site duties in our service drive.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, compose light correspondence and memos.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the service drive and introduce them to a service advisor.
• Answer incoming phone calls and route them appropriately.
• Schedule service appointments as necessary.
• Make follow-up calls to service customers for surveys and retention follow-up.
• Assist the Loaner Coordinator and prepare loaner contracts.
• Track repair orders and close out as required; handle related vendor purchase orders.
