Job summary

Doral Automotive Group is seeking a Service Concierge VIP at Lincoln of Cutler Bay in Miami, FL to greet customers in the service drive and connect them with a service advisor. You will also handle incoming calls, help schedule repairs and communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Position Summary

The service concierge VIP will be responsible to greet and interact with customers in the Service Drive. Additionally, responsibilities will include ensuring incoming calls are promptly answered, making follow-up calls for repair orders, confirming service appointments, and managing customer satisfaction and retention through survey follow-up. At certain times, they will assist the loaner coordinator and the service booker.
