Victory Automotive Group is seeking a Service Concierge to lead customer care initiatives across our locations. You will be the chief advocate for customers, guiding interactions before, during, and after visits to ensure top-tier service and retention.

The role requires strong communication, a sales mindset, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to resolve issues. The ideal candidate has experience with high-volume dealerships, supervisory exposure, and excels in building

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to think strategically and analyze performance metrics.
• Outgoing and upbeat personality with professionalism.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manages customer experience and makes adjustments to facilitate the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintains communication with customers to eliminate problems before, during and after a sale or service visit.
• Maintains a solid customer follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Develops action plans to rectify problems and acts as the bridge between the customer and the applicable department.
• Attend department meetings and share feedback as it pertains to customer experience.
• Take the initiative to be back up support as needed to ensure customer experience is seamless and not compromised.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
