Wind Creek Hospitality is seeking a Teleservices Agent who serves as the first point of contact for guests across multiple channels. You will answer calls, chats, SMS, and emails while providing warm, helpful information and booking reservations when opportunities arise.

In this role, you will actively promote property amenities, maintain current knowledge of promotions, and ensure guest satisfaction. Strong typing, Word skills, and bilingual English/Spanish capabilities are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Typing test at 25 WPM pass rate required.
• MS Word proficiency required.

Responsabilités

• Answer inquiries across calls, SMS, chat, and email.
• Promote and book reservations for Wind Creek properties.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions and amenities.
• Upsell hotel, restaurants, and entertainment options.
