Responsibilities include answering inquiries, processing reservations, upselling offerings, assisting VIP guests, troubleshooting login issues, and sharing property information across departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a contact center, marketing, events, hotel operations, box office, or related customer service role.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet navigation.
• Ability to download and login to apps and perform basic tech troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Answers and processes all incoming communications with guests via phone and email.
• Facilitates reservations for hotel, events, restaurants, and amenities.
• Evaluates player ratings to determine access and promotions.
• Uses cross- and upsell techniques to generate additional revenue.
• Supports Executive Host and Player Development with VIP reservations and offers.
• Troubleshoots guest login issues with MyMoheganSun.com and gaming accounts.
• Maintains knowledge of momentum program benefits and property information.
• Communicates with multiple departments to resolve guest questions.
