Mohegan Sun seeks a Reservationist to deliver superior customer service by phone and electronic channels, processing reservations for hotel, events and amenities.

The role requires high school diploma, strong verbal and written communication, and experience in a contact center or hospitality environment. Training includes Mohegan Sun Reservationist program and multiple internal systems.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a Contact Center, Marketing, Special Events, Hotel Operations, Box Office/Arena Club Operations or related customer service position.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and navigating the internet.
• Intermediate knowledge on how to download and login to an app.
• Basic technology troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and can write professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Answers and processes all incoming communications with internal and external guests.
• Facilitates reservations for Hotel, Events, Restaurants and other amenities.
• Evaluates player ratings to determine access and marketing promotions.
• Uses cross- and up-sell techniques to generate additional revenue.
• Assists Executive Host and Player Development with VIP reservations and offers.
