Job summary

Legends Global—located in Sioux Falls, SD—seeks a Premium Seating Manager to lead the premium seating team and manage VIP services for luxury suites and club seats. You will ensure top‑tier service, renewals, and pricing strategies across events, while coordinating with box office and other departments.

The role requires strong customer service, hospitality experience, and the ability to work event hours including nights and weekends. A business degree and management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related to Public Relations and Hospitality.
• 2-3 years’ management experience in customer service with excellent communication skills.
• Minimum of 1 year industry related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee premium services team during events to resolve customer issues.
• Manage contract renewals and sales of open inventory.
• Glean knowledge of Suite/Loge clientele to provide excellent service.
• Coordinate with Box Office to manage premium seating and ticketing.
• Set availability and pricing for premium seating on an event basis.
• Plan and monitor Club Members’ events and gifts related to suites and seats.
• Train and supervise premium services staff.
• Develop and oversee all service policies and programs for premium seating.
• Administer VIP parking and add-on programs for premium guests.
• Coordinate with other departments for events and member experiences.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers about announcements, tickets, and changes.
