Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Premium Seating Manager for Denny Sanford PREMIER Center in Sioux Falls, SD. You will oversee all event services for luxury suites and premium seating, ensuring top-notch guest experiences and renewals of Suite/Loge/Club seating contracts.

This salaried, exempt role leads a part-time premium services team during events, coordinates with the Box Office and other departments, and develops policies for VIP parking, add-ons, and special events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ management experience in customer service.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee premium services team during events to resolve guest issues.
• Manage contract renewals and sales of open inventory.
• Coordinate with Box Office to manage premium seating and pricing.
• Develop and oversee VIP parking and add-on programs.
