Job summary

Legends Global in Sioux Falls, SD, seeks a Premium Seating Manager to lead the luxury suites and premium seating operations during events at the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center. You will supervise a part-time staff, coordinate with Box Office, and renew contracts while ensuring top-tier guest service.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in business administration and 2–3 years of management in customer service; familiarity with ticketing software and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ management experience in customer service with strong communication skills.
• Minimum of 1 year industry related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages premium services team during events to resolve customer issues.
• Responsible for contract renewals and sales of open inventory.
• Gains knowledge of Suite/Loge clientele to provide excellent service.
• Coordinates with Box Office to manage premium seating ticketing.
• Determines availability and pricing for premium seating per event.
• Plans and monitors Club Members’ events and gifts for suites and seats.
• Trains and manages premium services team.
• Develops and oversees all service and operation policies and programs.
• Administers premium services including VIP parking and add-on programs.
• Coordinates special events and value-added programs for Club members & Suite holders.
• Liaises with Security, Operations, Event Services, Food & Beverage teams.
