Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Premium Seating Manager at the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center in Sioux Falls, SD. The role oversees all premium seating services for luxury suites and club seats, coordinating with operations, security, and box office to ensure outstanding guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will lead a shift-based premium services team, drive contract renewals, and manage inventory while maintaining superior customer relations and on-site attendance at events.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration and/or other degree related to Public Relations and Hospitality.
Minimum of 2-3 years' management experience in customer service with excellent communication skills.
Minimum of 1 year industry related experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee all event service and operation activities for luxury suites and premium seating.
Manage and deploy Premium Level staff for all events at the facility.
Coordinate with Box Office to manage ticketing for premium seating.
Develop and implement service and operation policies for premium seating.
Assist in special events and VIP programs for Club and Suite holders.
